A visionary of healing, empowerment, and embodied leadership, Ava Mucikyan is an Armenian woman who turned healing into a movement—offering wisdom for how to rise, lead, and succeed with grace.

Some individuals quietly shift the atmosphere by walking into the room—Ava Mucikyan is one of them. A proud Armenian woman, visionary leader, and loving mother, Ava radiates strength anchored in compassion. For years, I’ve watched her blossom into the mighty healer and leader she is today.

From the very first time I met her, I was inspired by her depth, purpose, and unwavering commitment to making a difference in her community—while quietly expanding her impact far beyond it. Her story, her wisdom, and her devotion to healing moved me deeply—and today, I feel honored to share her journey with the world.

She’s not only a devoted mother and visionary healer—she’s also a respected leader, loyal friend, and compassionate presence in the Las Vegas community, known for her unwavering commitment to uplifting others and creating safe spaces for healing and connection.

It’s no surprise that Ava is now the founder and CEO of The Salt Room, a growing sanctuary of healing with three thriving locations in Las Vegas. She began with one—and through passion, perseverance, and purpose, she built a wellness brand that goes far beyond physical health.

Ava has cultivated sacred spaces where the body, mind, and spirit can find rest, renewal, and restoration.

Her mission is clear: to help women and leaders rise into their embodied power through somatic healing, mindfulness, and soulful connection. Ava is a businesswoman, healer, teacher, and transformational guide, leading with emotional intelligence and spiritual depth. What makes her presence so magnetic is the way she does it all—with elegance, humility, and fierce devotion.

Recently, Ava graciously sponsored my book signing event for Tears of Hope: My Miraculous Journey of Faith, Courage, and Survival at The Salt Room Summerlin—a sacred and serene space she created to nurture healing and transformation. During the event, I had the opportunity to share a heartfelt message with attendees about my testimony and the deeper purpose behind the Tears of Hope Movement.

True to who she is, Ava didn’t hesitate for a moment to support a cause that uplifts the community and gives a voice to the unheard. One thing I’ve always admired about her is this: when Ava says she’ll do something, she follows through—with heart, integrity, and intention.

What Ava created goes far beyond a business. The Salt Room is a soul-centered mission—built from experience, guided by purpose, and sustained by love.

It’s no wonder countless women (and men) are drawn to her programs, whether it’s her Corporate Wellness initiatives, the transformative Conscious Women’s Circle, or her private trauma-informed coaching. Her vision continues to grow—and her work is needed now more than ever.

That’s why I sat down with Ava—to share her inspiring story and ask more profound questions. What keeps her grounded during pressure? What practices help her stay centered and expand with purpose? In the next section, you’ll discover the powerful insights Ava has to offer—wisdom you can carry with you long after the last word.
