Imagine for a moment that you are about to go on stage to address your 37 trillion worker bees. You feel a bit nervous, and your gut is wrenching as you realize that some of these workers are angry, some are in pain, some are disgruntled, and some look downright depressed.
You stand behind the drape on stage, and you hear the grumblings. Now, sweat starts beading up on your forehead. You feel uncomfortable, yet you know that through it all, these 37 trillion worker bees – your employees – all think that you are their God, their hero, and they are following your lead, your direction, and your every word.
What would you say to them? How would you direct them?
Would you say,
1- “Get on the ball,” “you are acting worthless,”, “you are old, and tired, and pathetic,”, or “you’re not smart enough,”, “you will never get anywhere,”, “you’re not good enough,”, “you never get your job done right,”, “you procrastinate on everything,“, “you need to stop arguing with each other and change your attitude,”, “you’re all a bunch of dumb asses.”
Would you say that (or worse)? Or would you say?
2- “You are all beautiful, timeless beings of light, life and love,” “you are all limitless,” “you are Divine Ever Living Beings,” “You are All Healthy, Wealthy and Wise,” “you are all moving, vibrating, and being in Divine, Love, Light, Life and Energy Forever more,” “you are One with God for God is One with you.”
So, which would you choose? Group A or Group B?
Remember, to these worker bees, to these employees, you are their God, and they follow your words, actions, and innuendos to the letter, no questions asked.
Which group would you choose to make them happier, more harmonious, productive, cooperative, and work together as a team?
It would seem logical that most of you would choose Group B – the more positive group.
Yet, some may contemplate that it depends on the activity and output of the individuals within the 37 trillion workforce.
Some might say… “If an individual or groups of workers are not good enough, and not smart enough. If they are angry, fearful, acting unlovable, hopeless, helpless, and full of worry, fear, and anxiety, or if they have past trauma, PTSD, bad experiences, and memories that negatively affect their productivity and life, then call them out and tell them to change or get out.”
The challenge and problem with calling them out on it is that since you are their God and they have been following your thoughts, words, beliefs, decisions and actions to the letter; taking orders from you, and creating the current situation as a result, it is YOU that is responsible for it all, good and bad.
Yet, they can’t quit or get fired. To get rid of them, they have to die; you have to kill them to get rid of them.
So, being their God, their Master, their Savior, what do you do?
Some might say that there’s nothing you can do; it is what it is.
Others might say that since you are their God, everything they are is based on your previous thoughts, words, beliefs, decisions, and actions. And that, since this is the case, you should clean up and change all those areas inside yourself so that the worker bees have a clear picture of what you want to happen in all areas that the 37 trillion works in, allowing them to do their job correctly.
So, how do you do this?
