The undersigned enters into this Agreement with AK Experts Productions, LLC “Empowering Humanity TV Show.” I have been informed and understand that Producer Aimmee Kodachian, AK Experts Productions, LLC is producing a Television and Internet show and that my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance is being recorded and made a part of that production, including any and all marketing and advertising materials before and after the event. • I grant that Aimmee Kodachian creator, producer/director of the “Empowering Humanity TV Show,” the right and clearances to use my name, likeness, image, and performance as embodied in the Product whether recorded on or transferred to internet, videotape, photographs, or other media, now known or later developed. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit or duplicate and to use or re-use the Product in whole or part as Producer may elect. Producer, “Aimmee Kodachian shall have complete ownership of the Product in which I appear, including copyright interests, and I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the Product or its copyright. • I also grant producer/director, “Aimmee Kodachian the right to broadcast, exhibit, market, sell, and otherwise distribute the Product, either in whole or in parts, and either alone or with other products, closed-circuit exhibition, or any other purpose that Executive producer/director in their sole discretion may determine. This grant includes the right to use the Product for promoting or publicizing any of the uses. • It is agreed that I have been given authority to use any portion of my appearance on the show produced by AK Experts Productions, LLC for promotion as long as AK Experts Productions, LLC is given copyright credit and the material is not used to generate my own profit. I confirm that I have the right to enter into this Agreement, that I am not restricted by any commitments to third parties, and the Producer has financial commitment or obligations to me as a result of this Agreement. I agree that if I am acting as a guardian for any children at the event, they must be 6 years and older and I am responsible that they maintain complete silence while the show is being recorded. If I bring any children under 18, or my guests have children under 18, I understand since the show is directed primarily towards audience members 18+ years old, the children will sit in the back rows. I commit to adhere to the dress code for the Empowering Humanity TV Show event. We require that you wear appropriate clothing throughout the entire show, our dress code is business casual. No excessively revealing clothing is allowed. I expressly release and indemnify Producer and its officers, employees, agents and designees from any and all claims known and unknown arising out of or in any way connected with the above granted uses and representations. The rights granted Producer herein are perpetual and worldwide. I have read the foregoing and understand its terms and stipulations and agree to all of them:
